This space is a resource for all at Mason, at every stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Start a business, join a team, learn how to pitch your idea — it all happens at the Incubator.

The Incubator has a lot to offer students and faculty
Workshops
Hosted daily at the MIX, our workshops and programming build competence through hands-on learning experiences.
Advising
A sounding board for students and faculty to discuss their ideas. One-on-one mentoring to assist founders from ideation to starting, building, and scaling their business ventures.
Resources
Access to various resources and media to support founders as they are growing their business venture. Through the Mason Enterprise, access to mentors, private offices, a shared workspace, and off-site conference rooms.
Competitions
Pitch competitions are often hosted at the MIX and are open to students from all majors. Get coaching to develop a more competitive pitch in preparation for regional and nationwide competitions.
Collaboration Space
Space for student entrepreneurs to meet with peers, mentors, and coaches, with opportunities to share with makers and potential collaborators from many different disciplines.
Networking
Connect to a community of researchers, investors, and experienced entrepreneurs. Networking events are hosted to bring students together with the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Completion of an Entrepreneurship Program
Participation and completion of an I-Corps, ICAP, or Lean Entrepreneurship Program are required to join the Incubator. Applications for the Fall 2022 MIX ICAP program are now open!

Top Place in Entrepreneurship Competitions
If you have received one of the top places in a Mason-led Hackathon or Mason-organized pitch competition, you could qualify for utilizing the Incubator.
